These styles of massage are most popular. Deep tissue adds a firm pressure aimed to target the belly of stubborn muscles that have formed tension knots. Swedish has a light to medium pressure, and aims to relax the client as well as increase blood and lymph circulation. It can be slow and rhythmic.
This is a blend of different massage styles that aim to please! Swedish to set a relaxing tone, deep tissue when needed to relieve tension, sports massage to stretch and aid in overall muscle performance, and biodynamic craniosacral work to add a gentler, yet highly effective form of energy related touch to the session
